The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Administrator and carry out job tasks delegated by their Administrator. This role is part of a small team environment of caring professionals at St Sophia, a senior living facility.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, answer phones, greet visitors, prepare communications, and maintain supplies inventory. They will also ensure the operation of equipment and perform tasks related to organization and strong communication.
This role requires a compassionate and thoughtful individual who shares St Sophia's passion for exceptional care in senior living. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
