Country Finance Officer CZ

We are looking for a Country Finance Officer to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics functions in the Czech Republic, driving financial performance and ensuring strong governance and compliance. The role requires a senior leadership experience in finance and a strong background in FP&A, controlling and business partnering.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• 8 + years of relevant finance experience in an international and/or matrix organization
• Strong background in FP&A, controlling and business partnering
• Excellent command of financial management, accounting standards, internal controls and compliance
• Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire teams
