QA Head (factory) | GMP | Tuy Hoa based (Open for expatriate)

We are seeking a QA Head to lead and manage a team of over 50 members, overseeing Quality Assurance functions in pharmaceutical manufacturing, in compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have +5 years of management experience in the pharma industry, with a strong command of English and experience with digital QA systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC/CSV, including 5+ years in management roles
• Experience in USFDA/EU-approved organizations or multinational companies
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in handling audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
• Open-minded, collaborative, and strong at communication
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
