Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Head (QA Head) to oversee the Quality Control function in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring analytical correctness, regulatory compliance, and timely release of raw materials, intermediate bulk, and finished products. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in QA/QC, including 5+ years in management roles within highly regulated environments, and a strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing QC/QA
- 5+ years in management roles within highly regulated environments
- Experience in USFDA/EU-approved organizations or multinational companies
- In-depth understanding of GMP/GLP, Stability Testing, and analytical techniques
- Familiarity with digital application systems such as LIMS, SAP, and Electronic Quality Systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making ability
- Open-minded, collaborative & strong at communication
- Good command of English (verbal-verbal)
