Clinical Supervisor

Join Our Team The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services and directly reports to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

Requirements

• Masters degree in applicable field
• Massachusetts State licensing or certification, preferably LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
• Clinical experience in substance abuse treatment required
• Clinical experience in mental health counseling required
• Experience in PHP/IOP LOC
• Clinical leadership experience
