General Maintenance is responsible for performing routine maintenance activities for the facility, coordinate with third party vendors for ground maintenance, preventative maintenance programs for facilities equipment, pest control, janitorial services and professional/licensed maintenance support.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of building maintenance experience
- Thorough knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining equipment, buildings and facilities
- Working knowledge of national and local fire, building, plumbing and electrical codes
- Good planning, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints
- Working knowledge of PCs in the current company operating system environment
