We are looking for a motivated Loans Agency Transaction Manager to help build a sustainable and growing loan agency business and take responsibility for driving exceptional client service and building long lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- Review and negotiation of loan documentation from an Agency perspective at the point of onboarding and the duration of the credit.
- Work with deal arrangers, Lender’s and internal parties to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new/amended loan agency transactions.
- Ensure all operational aspects of the portfolio are managed effectively via creation/amendment of a Deal Summary.
- Coordinate with L&A Ops for static data set up.
- Participation in deal handover meeting with the L&A Ops team.
- Coordinate waiver/amendment requests between Borrowers and Lenders.
- Provide guidance and support to internal and external business partners, as well as the operations team.
- Collaborate with Lender’s counsel for onboarding/Event of Default management.
- Manage relationships within the portfolio (Borrower, Lender, internal) to provide an excellent level of client service.
- Take a key role as a senior SME and have the necessary technical skills to deliver a superior service to, and build relationships with, stakeholders; help manage the workflows across the team, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and mentoring the less experienced members of the team.
- Perform quality assurance on new deal set up and amendments.
