Job Description
To participate in operation process activities, such as account closure and audit confirmation process. To provide operational support to different stakeholders. To handle internal and external customer inquiries/complaints confidently and reliably.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in banking industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin are preferrable
