Job Description
Standard Metrics is seeking a part-time Talent Sourcer to help build strong candidate pipelines across key roles across their go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate is scrappy, creative, and resourceful with sourcing tools and can thrive in an autonomous environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience for a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to source for GTM roles (experience with technical roles is a plus)
- Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage multiple searches within limited weekly hours
