Job Description
In this role, you will provide product quality and engineering support for customer related concerns and issues relating to products supplied by Standard Motor Products. You will investigate and resolve quality concerns, generate product correction documents, and provide product and quality support to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Engineering or Technical Degree (Quality, Automotive, Electrical or Mechanical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years full-time work experience
- Certification in Quality Engineering (optional)
- Experience in technical writing, supplier quality, failure analysis, automotive parts or service (optional)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
