Standard Motor Products is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead complex repair projects and preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of electrical and mechanical experience in manufacturing, and be able to troubleshoot PLC's, install ac/dc drives and perform light programming changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of electrical and mechanical experience in manufacturing
- Must be able to operate a variety of industrial tools
- Must take applicable safety training
- Must be detailed oriented and mechanically inclined
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems with electronic controls
- Must be able to lift to 100 lb. and work in awkward and unpleasant positions
- Must be able to use and manipulate computer applications such Word and Excel
- Must be able to install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime assignments
- Must have outstanding attendance pattern
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to use Volt/Ohm meter, amp meter
- Must understand PLC ladder logic and read prints
