Civil Engineer

H2O+U is seeking a Civil Engineer to support wastewater conveyance projects across Minnesota and the upper Midwest. This role involves client interaction, project leadership, and collaboration with both local and national water professionals. The position offers opportunities for both local and national project delivery and business development.

Requirements

• Identify appropriate resources to achieve project objectives.
• Project management tasks such as managing contract terms, tracking and managing costs and schedule, and implementing measures necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Technical delivery of work including writing memos, reports, plans/specifications, permit applications, client presentations, and other engineering documents.
• Participate in various phases of wastewater conveyance infrastructure projects including planning, design development, permitting, and execution.
• Work with other Project and Client managers to understand project needs and implement project plans.
• Administrative duties involving customer service
