Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an industry-leading design team on fast-paced design projects. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, and effective in communication with technical and managerial professionals.
Requirements
- Forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
- Successfully executing projects following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures
- Coordinating with consultants, team members and the client
- Developing strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
- Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
- Providing mentorship and guidance to the project team
- Collaborating on project fee development and project proposals
- Championing quality at every step of the process
