Senior Construction Supervisor

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Construction Supervisor to coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contract documents and client expectations on building projects in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities
• Report deviations from contract documents and specifications
• Schedule and coordinate inspections and testing
• Oversee daily record-keeping
• Communicate with project team
• Monitor progress of construction activities
• Organize and direct pre-construction and progress meetings
• Prepare monthly progress estimates
• Prepare final documentation for closeout process
• Prepare final as-built records
• Prepare documents and maintain file management
• Participate in the implementation of safety controls
