Job Description
Stantec is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join their water practice in Burnaby, BC. The role involves working with minimal supervision on smaller to medium-sized projects and providing mentoring to junior staff. The position requires participation in design, coordination, and specification for structural engineering systems.
Requirements
- Provide mentoring and informal guidance to junior level staff.
- Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures.
- Write and edit technical reports, engineering studies, and technical specifications.
- Support construction projects with field site visits and construction observation duties.
