We are seeking an experienced Appointed Person to oversee and coordinate all aspects of lifting operations on our client's worksites. This role requires a highly organized and safety-focused individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Appointed Person in the construction or oil and gas industry.
- Valid Appointed Person certification from a recognized organization.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as LOLER and BS7121.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise lifting operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of conducting risk assessments and creating lifting plans.
- Experience in conducting equipment inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
