Lead Developer - Cloud Infrastructure

Starboard Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is searching for a talented Lead Developer - Cloud Infrastructure (Remote in Canada). Our client is one of Vancouver's most exciting tech startups, founded in 2017, with a platform that has changed the way mining companies communicate with their stakeholders through 3D visualization and AI tools.

Requirements

• Develop, design, and deploy a robust and scalable cloud infrastructure
• Regularly assess and enhance the cloud infrastructure to ensure it meets the evolving demands for performance, scalability, and resilience
• Create and implement security best practices within the cloud environment
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems to maintain the health, availability, and reliability of the cloud infrastructure
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in cloud technologies and spearhead the adoption of new tools and technologies
• Document code, processes, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate closely with software developers, data engineers, geologists, machine learning specialists, and product managers
