Apprentice

Starbucks is seeking an Apprentice to join their team. The Apprentice will participate in a 6 or 12-month paid apprenticeship program, gaining practical work experience and developing skills such as communication, customer service, and teamwork. The program includes on-the-job training, online assessments, and a government-recognized certificate upon completion.

• Welcomes and connects with every customer, anticipates customer and store needs
• Demonstrates the 'Just say Yes' behavior by taking care of customer needs & delivers legendary customer service
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers
• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment
• Assists with new partner training
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments
• Contributes to positive team environment
• Follows Tata Starbucks operational policies and procedures
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store
