Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor assists the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploys partners and delegates tasks, and creates a positive learning environment for partners. The incumbent is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles and providing legendary customer service.

• 1 year of experience of handling a team in a retail setup
