Job Description
We are seeking an Arcade Manager to lead the operations of our state-of-the-art games room, responsible for meeting sales goals, training team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and possesses superior guest service skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Experience in retail or sales is a plus
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
- Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus
