Job Description
Back of House Manager for a high volume, fast-paced restaurant at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center, responsible for managing a large Kitchen Crew, food and labor costs, and creating guest dining experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience in managing COGS and labor
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
