Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Mall Operations & Facilities to oversee the smooth functioning of our facilities and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in property management, facilities maintenance, and operations management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related roles
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Comprehensive understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities management best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively
