The program is designed to identify talent for the Full-time Analyst Program and provides individuals with a high level of responsibility and the chance to work directly with senior management, joint venture partners, and other professionals in the field.

Requirements

• Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build deep lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills including voice, language, etiquette, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proactive and innovative self-starter, takes initiative and is a solution-oriented thinker
• Possesses strong (or a desire to develop) sales skills
• High degree of investment acumen and analytical skills
