Job Description
This position will be responsible for all aspects of grounds and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, welding, trash removal, custodial duties, equipment operation, snow removal, and waterpark mechanical work at Killens Pond State Park.
Requirements
- Delaware Journeyperson or higher Electrician license
- Six months experience in performing work in a variety of trades fields such as plumbing, carpentry, painting or HVAC
- Six months experience in record keeping
- Knowledge of interpreting blueprints, schematics or technical drawings
- Knowledge of estimating cost, time and materials for projects
- Valid Driver's License
