The RN Investigator conducts investigations of incidents that cause harm or could cause harm to patients at the Delaware Psychiatric Center (DPC). The RN Investigator gathers data by reviewing the incident report and relevant video; interviewing witnesses, victims, complainants, and other parties; conducting on-site inspections as required; developing a timeline; writing the investigative report; making recommendations for improvement; presenting cases to the DPC Safety Panel; and following up as needed to ensure cases are fully documented and complete.
