CHILD PROTECTIVE INVESTIGATOR SUPV-SES is an advanced professional work supervising and directing the work of child protective investigators and support staff. The primary duty of the employee(s) in the position (s) allocated to this class is to spend the majority of the time communicating with, motivating, training and evaluating employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years in child welfare, preferred in child abuse investigations
- Current/Active Child Welfare Certification credentials from the Florida Certification Board
- Must be trained and practicing Florida's Safety Practice method
- Valid Driver License
- Must possess operational private vehicle for use in the performance of daily work activities
