The Senior Attorney will represent and advise the Office of Agricultural Water Policy and provide legal assistance to the Division of Aquaculture. The role involves handling complex cases, contract matters, and real estate proceedings, as well as providing legal advice and counsel to the Commissioner and department staff.

Requirements

• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Two (2) years of professional experience in the practice of law, legal research, teaching law or in administrative or judicial hearings
