Job Description
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital for a Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric. The successful candidate will provide acute care psychiatric inpatient treatment for adults with serious mental illness.
Requirements
- Masters’ Degree from an accredited APRN program as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Ability to be licensed as an APRN in the state of Montana, possess valid DEA license
- Two years of experience providing psychiatric patient care as an APRN preferred
- ANCC certification as Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric- Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist
