Student Food Service Workers

The Oregon School for the Deaf is hiring multiple Student Food Service Workers for the 2025-2026 School year. This position performs a variety of routine food service activities such as washing dishes, pots, and pans, setting up condiments and food pans; preparing food trays; serving on food lines; clearing and cleaning tables, counters, and serving areas in a volume dining or food service facility.

Requirements

• Assisting in the dish room
• Assist with dish machine operations
• Sort and rack dishes, glasses, and utensils
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, etc.
• Clean dish machine and dish room
• Must be knowledgeable in dish machine operation
• Follow state safety and sanitation regulations for food service establishments
• Food prep as needed
