Job Description
The Officer is responsible for overseeing several teams, ensuring team compliance, and developing staff management skills. The role involves projects such as management reporting, BCP, and Risk initiatives. Join us if you are up for making your mark in the alternative investment industry from day one.
Requirements
- Plans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationships
- Professionally reviews 6 processes, including bookkeeping, capital call/ distribution package, financial statements, bank reconciliation, partners' capital account statements, and client reports
- Facilitates the successful start-up of new funds and conversion of new clients
- Monitors team daily operations, makes improvements, and organizes 1:1 meetings with team members
- Confidently communicates with home site, maintains good relationship with home site, and professionally resolves issues
- Ensures all controls and procedures are adhered to and makes recommendations for changes
- Ensures all personnel are appropriately selected, thoroughly trained, and given timely and complete performance evaluation feedback
