Job description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for all functions of a production project from start to finish, working closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality on specific project tasks. The role involves coordinating and maintaining physical layout of equipment, materials, and storage, as well as knowledge of process flow, automation, assembly, and production.
Duties include coordinating throughput improvement efforts, performing standardize work studies, implementing Continuous Improvements and monitoring cost savings, maintaining key performance indicator charts/graphs, and implementing error proofing.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Technology, Industrial, or equivalent, and a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or equivalent manufacturing/product development work experience.
