The Talent Buyer is responsible for building relationships with national talent agencies and agents, identifying and acquiring musical acts, and overseeing the marketing and ticketing of events.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with national talent agencies and agents
• Communicate available talent and timely updates on offers to each venue and district leadership
• Target and acquire specific musical and entertainment acts based on target demographics
• Negotiate offer details with music agents for artist performances
• Oversee the marketing and ticketing of events
• Create show or event budgets and monitor spending
• Travel to cover road shows, events, festivals, and seek new clients, projects, and partners
