- Proven experience in leading IT teams in the areas of support, digital workplace, or IT operations
- Comprehensive experience in IT support helpdesk and 1st level operation
- Practical leadership style with strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement
- Clear communication that effectively aligns technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable work in dynamic environments with constantly changing priorities
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to regularly work on site with the team
