Job Description
We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse and looking for an experienced Growth strategist to build and scale a world-class outbound engine, driving measurable deal volume across multiple channels. This role combines technical know-how with a marketer's mindset to create campaigns and workflows that generate high-conversion opportunities for our sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in building or contributing to high-performing outbound programs
- Technical strength in modern outbound tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, and other enrichment tools
- Marketer mindset with focus on audience, message, and positioning
- Ability to coach and collaborate with BDRs, create structure and playbooks
- Data-driven and experimental approach to drive pipeline and revenue impact
- Product mindset with ability to understand and articulate product features to drive interest and conversion
- Self-motivation, self-discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
