Estimator - Specialty Deck - NM Columbia

This position is for a Sales Estimator to review contracts, architectural drawings, and addenda to prepare accurate material takeoffs for joist and deck systems. The role involves collaboration with the internal sales team, attention to detail, and a fast-paced environment. The focus is on providing accurate and complete cost estimates.

Requirements

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Prepare detailed deck takeoffs to meet customer and bid deadlines.
• Input and manage estimate data using spreadsheets and company systems.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers (DSMs) and communicate with customers, engineers, architects, and internal departments.
