Job description
Performs clerical activities for the Transportation Department, including verifying and recording truck arrivals, ensuring documentation is completed, and directing trucks to loading and unloading areas.
Receive, inspect, and verify purchased items, record shipment details, update inventory records, communicate with personnel, and ensure safety compliance.
Must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point, and have strong organizational skills.
