Company Cars Specialist

Role Overview

Ensure the integral operation of the Company Cars fleet, including vehicle administration, billing, documentation, and service to employees and distributors.

What You Will Do

Manage fleet administration, billing, inventory control, back office, and internal user support, using data to make operational decisions and detecting errors, proposing improvements, and acting on information.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet administration, administrative operations, billing, inventory control, back office, or internal user support
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Intermediate Power BI / Tableau skills
• Intermediate-Advanced SAP skills
• Desired: experience in the automotive industry, fleets, leasing, rent a car, or environments with vehicle asset management and regulatory documentation
• Desired: courses or certifications in Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, or automation
• Desired: Python / SQL skills
• Desired: AI Tools skills
• Desired: advanced level of English language proficiency
