
Job description
The Engineer will have system and component release responsibility for Steering Column Control Module and related hardware. Responsibilities include design for vehicle functional and packaging requirements using a DFSS approach, DVP-driven product development and validation, structures engineering and analysis, electronic hardware and software validation, release documentation to meet program timing, and cost reduction activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and assessing customer level requirements, constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R, defining functional objectives and constructing DFMEA, and working with NX, Team Center, and change management processes.
