Steno is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to join their winning team. The role involves running strategic assessments, building compelling business cases, and delivering data-driven recommendations that directly influence how the company operates and grows.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in consulting and strategy & ops (preferably with a high-growth startup)
- Strong SQL skills and comfortable with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and Python or similar
- Track record building dashboards and translating data into executive-ready insights
- Sharp structured thinking—break down ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders
- Tech-fluent—comfortable navigating and optimizing operational systems
