Stage in Asset Financing

Role Overview

Join the Asset Financing Department of Stephenson Harwood in Paris, working with a team of around ten lawyers who advise banks and financial institutions, arrangers, airlines, shipowners, and large companies on their operations in France and internationally.

What You Will Do

Conduct research on legal questions, draft project documents, prepare documents and preparatory acts for contract signature, and assist lawyers in structuring, negotiating, and implementing operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal for law students or those preparing the entrance exam, with a minimum required level of M2 and a perfect mastery of English. Previous experience in an internship within another international law firm is a plus.
