Director - Corporate Accounting

We are seeking a Director, US Accounting Operations to oversee accounting operations for StepStone Group LP and other entities. The role will serve as a strategic accounting leader, providing technical guidance and partnering with senior leadership to scale the organization's accounting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure proper application of corporate accounting policies
• Oversee revenue recognition for US entities
• Manage transactions for owners of US entities
• Maintain SOX control environment
• Lead accounting team
• Coordinate external audit process
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of local statutory reports and tax filings
• Collaborate with FP&A team and CFOs/COOs
• Coordinate with internal and external tax teams
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
