The role involves maintaining guest rooms and suites daily, including cleaning, reporting damages, and protecting guest safety. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, alongside knowledge of English.

Requirements

• Report to Housekeeping Office
• Clean and maintain assigned rooms and suites daily
• Report missing items and require repairs
• Report safety concerns and maintain equipment
• Meet all safety training
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language
• Ability to accurately report information
• Must follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures
• Attendance at required meetings
