Program Manager

As the Program Manager for Engineering new product development in Quebec, you will be responsible for leading the execution strategy, design and development of Capital products, specifically Washers, to meet customers’ and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 7+ years’ experience in engineering program or project management role associated with product development in a highly regulated industry
• Proven track record collaborating with Product Management to develop and co-own product roadmap
• Experience leading projects from initial concept, through development and verification/validation testing, and into Manufacturing
• Demonstrated proficiency in program management tools and procedures for setting and tracking performance, quality, time and cost
• Demonstrated leadership skills including timely communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation and driving results
