GVON Notarissen is a notary office looking for an enthusiastic and accurate colleague to strengthen their team as a Notarial Officer for Real Estate. The role involves supporting and executing work related to the transfer of real estate, including drafting, checking, and processing notarial acts and concepts.

Requirements

• Completed a relevant course (e.g. notarial education, paralegal or HBO legal)
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Accurate, proactive, and team-oriented
• Customer-focused and quality-driven
• Experience with digital file systems and knowledge of land registry and mortgage processes (a plus)
