Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal (Experienced)

Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C. is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal to join their Trial & Appellate (Litigation) Group. The ideal candidate will have some previous IP Litigation experience and be able to deliver a high-quality work product while working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some combination of trial experience and knowledge of IP litigation preferred
• Bluebook proficiency
• Stellar cite checking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team-player mentality
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CompuLaw, Case Notebook, Relativity, and FileSite
