Job Description
Design-Tex is seeking a skilled and versatile Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler must be able to interpret specifications, work with multiple cabinet types, and ensure every finished product meets quality and accuracy standards.
Requirements
- Experience in cabinet assembly, carpentry, woodworking, or a similar hands-on manufacturing role.
- Ability to assemble full units (not just isolated components or sub-assemblies).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignments.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and assembly instructions.
- Competence with standard hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work through entire processes independently.
