Role Overview

STMicroelectronics Malta is seeking skilled and motivated Equipment Engineers to support its semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role is key to ensuring high equipment reliability, maximizing manufacturing efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement in a high-tech production environment.

What You Will Do

Reduce equipment downtime, perform predictive and preventive maintenance, improve maintenance adherence, enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and optimize maintenance costs.

Ideal candidate must hold a master's degree or PhD in an engineering-related discipline, have good knowledge of maintenance and manufacturing processes, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
