Field Application Engineer - Data Center Power Electronics

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) with 4-6 years strong expertise in data center power conversion systems. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and customer support for power electronics solutions used in data center infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include validation of VRs, development, testing, and validation of DC-DC converters, power supplies, and power management systems, troubleshooting complex application issues, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• EE degree required. Masters preferred.
• Experience with validation of VRs on Intel and AMD platforms.
• Experience with INTEL VRTTool Gen5 and AMD SDLE3.
• Experience with data center power standards and architectures (e.g. 800V power distribution, 48 V power distribution, Open Compute Project specifications).
• Design of high frequency DC/DC converters.
• PCB design with electronic CADs such as Altium.
• Familiarity with reliability testing and qualification processes for power electronics.
• Experience working in semiconductor or power electronics industries supporting OEMs or system integrators.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• Ability to analyze test data and communicate technical results effectively.
