What You Will Do

Lead a team, develop and coordinate Root Cause Analysis, manage non-conforming material, ensure document flow, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidate has a Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, 5 years' experience in Industrial Quality, and knowledge of 8D reporting methodology, FMEA, and SPC.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5 years' experience in an Industrial Quality role
• Knowledge and practical use of 8D reporting methodology, FMEA, and SPC
• Business-level English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
