Production Management Senior Engineer

Role Overview

You will be responsible for running a shift, managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time. This role is part of a global semiconductor company with a diverse and dedicated workforce.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field
• 2–5 years experience in high‐volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or similar cleanroom/automated environment preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‐handling skills
• Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output
